JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
International Marketing Manager. Evaluate & develop mktg strategy particularly for SE Asia. Formulate, & direct mktg activities to promote company's vitamin & dietary supplements. Evaluate financial aspects of product development - budgets, expenditures, R&D appropriations. ROI and PL projections. Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives & customer satisfaction. Coord. independent contractor sales staff. Propose & manage trade activities & branding strategy to support distributor archived sale and penetration target. Consult with product development personnel on product specs, such as design, color, packaging. Coordinate design label artwork, mktg materials. Mkt research for new formulas/products for Asia market. Sales forecasting / strategic planning to ensure profitability. Negotiate contracts with vendors & distributors to manage product distribution, establish distribution networks & develop distribution strategies. Coordinate promotional activities & work with developers & advertisers to market products & services. Conduct mkt research studies. Recommend modifications to products, packaging, production processes, or other characteristics to improve the environmental soundness/sustainability of products. Required Experience:
REQ. B.A./B.S. Bus Admin. Must have course in mktg. Exp must include 5 yrs in Southeast Asia vitamin & dietary supplement sales & mktg, knowledge of dietary supplements, marketing and sales, building strategies to develop product , new formulas , brand awareness, planning & manage relationship with distributors. Exp. in ERP, supply chains, financial planning.
